Prevent Windows 7 from upgrading to Windows 10

I tried avoiding the win 10 nag popup by manually reviewing and blocking updates. This became tiresome, especially since microsoft renames and reenables the stuff I thought I blocked.

Found out there is a better solution for this.
Install this patch:
